You can allow someone else to access your Mail Chimp access without having to give them your username and password. You can also control their access level. The process is very simple:


  1. Click your name on the left-hand side of the screen. 
  2. Select Account Settings from the account panel. 
  3. Click the Account Settings drop down and select Users & account details. 
  4. Click the Invite A User button.
  5. Fill in the email address of the person you want to grant access to and select a User Type. You have the option to add a message to the invite; use this to share any pertinent information or instructions for your account.
  6. Click the Send Invite button to send the request.

*** Regarding access level, we highly recommend that you do not choose admin access.
